The entire article is basically a dialogue. The female protagonist is a time traveler and she comes to conquer the male protagonist. The system is half-baked and only serves a purpose of making complaints.
The boss who can turn his hands into clouds and rain is known as the "Smiling King of Hell". He puts interests first and will do whatever it takes to achieve his goals. He does extremely bad things and does things based on his interest. He will not overturn easily.
When he was young, he would always smile and kill those who offended him with his own hands. Nowadays, he rarely does it himself, and his methods are vicious. He always tells his subordinates to kill him and feed them to the dogs.
