Manic Species

In 2068, a sudden global leak of R meteorite extract caused some human beings to mutate and be called alien species by the old humans. Primary alien species are unable to control their abilities and engage in self-mutilation or socially harmful behaviors. They are called manic species by humans. In the second year of the mutation, the R Meteor Mutation and the International Processing Department released new regulations to the world - "Manic Species Thirteen Bans", completely declaring mutants to be the lowest existence in human society. In the seventh year of the mutation, long-term oppression led to alien species from all over the world uniting to launch a massive counterattack against the old humans. So under each city, a special shelter for alien species—dungeons—was established.
