The story is set in the ancient and prosperous city of Beijing in the 21st century. It tells the story of four girls, Song Yeqiao, Jiang Zhi, Wen Ganai, and Luo Yi, who have had a deep friendship since high school and have different family backgrounds and life pursuits. They have experienced important changes in friendship, love, and family ties. It is a portrayal of the growth experience of some international school students.
