Regarding Luffy's drunken behavior, I personally feel that Luffy is usually noisy, but becomes quiet when he is drunk (similar to a gear that doesn't rotate very much and becomes completely rusty), so I wrote in this direction.
His own personal device, Fangbo Fruit (ヘアヘアの実), is similar to the movie version of Shiki and Uta, and has a conceptual ability. But since the user is offline, it doesn't look that strong.
