Later, he opened his own college, which was named Xinyuan College, and also opened many branches. After understanding his thoughts, the emperor planned to make him a bachelor of Longtuge and a subordinate of Zhongshu, so that he could assist him in governing the country. Yunmeng also put forward many of his suggestions and ideas to His Majesty the Emperor. He also carried out a series of reforms in education, and from then on he embarked on the road to politics.
After helping Emperor Long Yuan create this so-called prosperous age, Yun Meng came up with four people: Shang Yang, Wu Qi, Han Xin, and Wen Zhong; they were all important ministers of the country, but the last four were executed by the whole family, so Yun Meng decided to retire. Because he knows a truth very well, success is not as good as success, and success is not as good as fame and retirement.
