There are many private settings and there are many differences from the original work. Here are the different parts of the settings:
Youruo is the former headmaster of Changliu, Shengxiaomo's master
Mo Yan and Bai Zihua's master is Yandao, the 126th generation disciple, and Youruo is Shengxiaomo's master, the 81st generation disciple, but they started their careers only a few decades apart.
Yandao is a pure black master, and Penglai was founded by him later.
During the Youruo period, Hua Qiangu's name was Qingli, which she chose for herself. At first, Youruo called her "Goddess Nuwa". Later, the two became friends and she gave herself this name. Hua Qiangu was also Zhuran's mother, and gave birth to Zhuran with Mo Yan. Zhuran's name was decided by her and Youruo at the beginning, just so that if something happened to her a thousand years later, Youruo could use the name to find someone. Sheng Xiaomo knew the meaning of the names Qingli and Zhuran. Hua Qiangu was once Sheng Xiaomo's daughter, and Sheng Xiaomo named her Sheng Xiaogu.
Shaqianmo was originally a disciple of Changliu, named Liuxia. Later, he changed his name to Qisha, so he lent his identity to the nameless Hua Qiangu.
Hua Qiangu is still Bai Zihua's disciple, still suffering from whirling calamity, and still cruel.
The judgment of greed and delusion is no longer as simple as the original work, and returns to the original meaning of Buddhism. Greed in the Hall of Greed is understood as wanting more when things go too smoothly, anger in the Hall of Ecstasy is understood as resentment when everything goes wrong, and infatuation in the Jueqingchi is not only about love, but also disregarding right and wrong due to selfishness.
Intention: The road to finding the path is long and full of hardships! Why should we cross? We can only hold on to it.
