The way of heaven is to benefit without harm; the way of saints is to act without fighting. Excerpted from "Laozi·De Jing·Chapter 81", the story takes place in: During the Warring States Period, seven kingdoms competed for hegemony, the six kingdoms declined, and Qin swept Liuhe. It tells the story of a pair of twins. The story contains both chivalrous and righteous characters and two sides of human nature. Monsters, ghosts and gods, martial arts competition, friendship is like gold, love is like water, the theory of cause and effect, the author has gained many insights from the Tao Te Ching.
He and a young man made an oath when they were young: "Look for unknown waters in the world, and there are no mountains in the world." He went through hardships along the way, experienced the cause and effect that his elders and relatives in the past had told him, experienced seven or seven forty-nine calamities, made his own choices, and walked out on his own path.
