Superpower Research Center
In order to have the same ability to control elements as the demon race and the spirit race, the human race has a more powerful research center created for materialization abilities. It was initially managed by the Ministry of National Defense and owned by the state (first founded by Li Yuan). Later, it was bombed due to long-term illegal human experiments (Qiao Sijiang, Jiang Guangbai), and the state also stopped the development of this project. However, the materialization disease virus began to spread wildly. The infected people lost their self-awareness and would grow animals, plants and other characteristics on their bodies, like uncivilized monsters, but with weaker abilities than the monsters. The materialization syndrome virus is similar to the genetic fragments of the monsters. It is rich in aura and cannot be tolerated by the human race. It will destroy human self-awareness and cause brain death (but the body can still move, similar to a zombie?). The superpower research center has been opened again, but it is not under the control of the Ministry of National Defense. It is a private enterprise (similar to a pharmaceutical factory). The redemption plan was launched 15 years ago. It was initially led by Dr. Cang and his wife (Dr. Wen). Superpower Prevention and Control Center
After the spread of materialization syndrome, the Ministry of National Defense sent a branch to solve the case of materialization syndrome. It later became a specialized agency. Its current members are all people with negative characteristics of materialization syndrome and have supernatural powers. According to relevant regulations, patients who are negative for physical metastasis need to be unconditionally admitted to the Special Abilities Prevention and Control Center.
