Meng Xinting has an old problem, cervical spondylitis.
It originated from the fact that he had a crush on a person when he was a student. That person's name meant looking up at the stars, so he would stare at the stars in a daze when he was studying at night.
Later, when he started working, he always regretted not protecting his cervical spine properly, which resulted in him getting sick whenever he carried the camera.
At dinner in the evening, the production director asked him to help pick up the photographer specially hired by the film crew.
As soon as the door opened, the photographer happened to come in.
Meng Xinting was startled, he knew this person.
"How long has it been since we last met?" Shen Yangxing stood on the rooftop of the hotel, lighting a cigarette.
Meng Xinting stared at the fire, his mind shutting down: "One thousand, six hundred and seventy-nine days."
"You remember it so clearly, are you still counting stars like before?" Shen Yangxing smiled.
Meng Xinting tilted his head and looked at his face: "... I stopped counting very early."

Since filming the documentary, Meng Xinting has had an extra helper to help him carry equipment.
"Actually, you don't need to help me carry it. I can walk this way by myself."
Shen Yangxing's warm palms covered the back of his neck that was covered with ointment, and he said with a serious face, "I just want your cervical spine to get better soon."
Meng Xinting said nothing, thinking to himself that the stars were right in front of him. Although he no longer had to look up, he had not looked at the stars for a long time.
