Sea levels rose, the climate warmed, and the population was forced to move inland. Then the Third World War broke out in order to grab land. After the war, there was a sci-fi wasteland.
The novel mainly tells the life of ordinary people in a repressed era before the outbreak of war.
The author is a student, so updates are very slow.
I guess the quality won't be very good, just look at it as an OC setting set.
