My fate with TVXQ began in 2007, when I was 16 years old. Through the recommendation of a friend, I watched the drama, and after that, my eyes never left it.
At the beginning of 2008, at the suggestion of this friend, I started writing this novel about dreams and growth. It took me 14 years to write it. From the first manuscript to the electronic document, it continued intermittently. Counting a year of revision and proofreading, it was not completed until 2023.
Another heroine is based on this friend of mine.
The background of the novel is set from 2008 to 2017, because 2017 is a new beginning for TVXQ, and it also has special meaning for myself. It is the beginning of my traveling around the world, and it is also the beginning of the complete shattering and reshaping of my outlook on life.
The novel is based on a realistic timeline, and many details are based on real events. However, it may take an old fairy queen many years to detect these details, haha.
In the second half, like everyone else, I went to school and worked. I was lucky enough to visit many countries, see the vastness of the world, and experience many confusions and choices. Therefore, after half the length of the book, it is about growth and insights.
Although the novel has been written several times, each time it is continued, it will become more mature due to the growth of experience. Many of the plots written back then have actually happened in reality.
Even though I have some feelings that I have only heard from my brothers in recent years, and even if some plots are no longer suitable for today's era, I don't want to change them.
Because that is my past, and it is also the brothers I see in my eyes at different stages of life.
