This is a story about brokenness and redemption. When the protagonist Xu Jilin was exploring the truth behind her friend Lin Xue's suicide by jumping off a building, she accidentally connected with Lin Xue's memory, revealing her three rough lives as Bai Zhaosu, Gao Wenwen, and Lin Xue.
In the orphanage, she is a businessman who is sold as a "commodity" by the director; in her adoptive parents' home, she is Bai Zhaosu, who is used as a tool to receive subsidies; in school and in the workplace, she is Gao Wenwen and Lin Xue, who are suppressed by reality and whose dreams are shattered. The harm from her original family, the indifference of society, and the pressure of reality made her continue to struggle in the darkness, but she never gave up her pursuit of warmth and light.
In the process of exploring memories, Xu Jilin gradually understood Lin Xue's pain, and cherished the warm family she had even more. In the end, in love and redemption, she allowed Lin Xue's soul to rest in peace and allowed herself to live more firmly in the sunshine.
Purpose: Writing this story stems from my thinking about the word "redemption". In recent years, psychological problems have occurred frequently among primary and middle school students.
