Double Strong, Narcissus, Quick Travel, The Protagonist is Crazy
There's a god living in my shadow
(1)
The first time I saw him was at night. I saw him behind the crack of the door through the slender shadow of the incandescent light outside the room.
He waved to me gently.
I think this must be the god who redeemed me.
(2)
Gods don't like to talk.
Or maybe I haven't seen him speak.
He always stays quietly in my shadow. I laugh and he laughs too. The laughter of the gods is very strange, like the wind in the autumn night, sobs that make people want to cry.
But I won't cry, because there will be a big bad wolf coming to eat the nightmare.
(3)
I love gods.
At three o'clock in the morning, the dimly lit corner was where I worshiped him devoutly.
Today's god is very strange. He squats motionless on the ground, like a mural that has lost its soul.
Lord Kami must be very sad.
I really want to hug God. But the hot fingertips touched the cold ground.
(4)
I look forward to the night more and more, because I know that there will eventually be a ray of light shining on my god.
Some people say I'm crazy.
They are so ignorant. I always think that what I can't see is fake. I thought that even if my wounds fester and my blood dries up, they would choose to ignore me.
That was my only salvation.
(5)
I'm sad today.
I accidentally spilled a glass of water, peeled a very sour orange, and a favorite snack in the convenience store happened to be sold out.
Good thing.
The moon is very bright tonight, and behind me is my god.
(Six)
I'm out of sugar.
Lord Kami hugged me for the first time. He is really gentle, and his gentleness makes me afraid of losing him. I shouldn't be afraid, he is my salvation.
Isn't it?
Lord God.
So I locked the candy in the cupboard.
(7)
I ate a lot of sweets today, that's the price of blasphemy.
My head hurts so much, it hurts like tearing. The blurry world in his eyes has begun to spin, illusory and unreal.
In a trance, I saw the Lord God walking towards me, with scattered stars falling beside him.
I thought, the gods must have come to pick me up.
(8)
I raised my wrist to touch the Lord God, but my hand was soft.
So the Lord God took my hand and held his face in his hands reverently. Under the cold touch, the palm of my hand was already wet and turned into a sea.
"Jump down." He whispered in my ear, as gently as he advised me to take medicine.
"Run to the gods."
(9)
There is a demon hiding in my shadow.
