Research background
Progeria is a disease of white hair in children and young adults, and its etiology is very complex. Congenital progeria albinism is mostly caused by heredity. For example, hereditary progeria, Bucco's syndrome, and Wardenberg's syndrome often have a history of inheritance within the family for several generations. Hereditary defects and albinism are also congenital genetic diseases. The causes of these premature vitiligo diseases are caused by genetic mutations that lead to complete or partial blockage of the body's tyrosine metabolism pathway (such as albinism). At present, the academic community has not discovered the disease-causing genetic locus, and has not yet found a complete and effective treatment.
