It was the first secret order in the past 100 years. The official documents of the parliament are divided into resolutions and orders. Generally, resolutions are about the handling of certain events, while orders are about changes in Naz rules. Normally, these documents would be circulated throughout the Nazis or throughout America, but this time it was a secret order.
Only a few people know what this secret order is. Six students who have just completed their research phase will participate in a special two-year practical study. They were leaving Naz, leaving America, to fight in a war that had nothing to do with them. They will join two different sides in the war, learn and grow through the war, study European wizards through the war, and show Natsu to the world through the war.
