This is a small village in the vast Jizhong Plain. It is located in the northeast of Xiong County, Hebei Province, nine kilometers away from the county seat. It is separated by a flood diversion channel and consists of two north and south dykes. The river bed two kilometers wide in the middle is full of upstream siltation. There are accumulated silt and uneven sand; at the foot of the inner embankment on both sides are two not too shallow trenches, twenty or thirty meters wide, which accumulate water all year round. People call them "anti-pits". As the name suggests, it probably means the earthen pit of the flood control embankment. The flood diversion channel was built in 1956 after Chairman Mao put forward the slogan "The Haihe River must be radically cured." The embankment was made of loess. In the early days of liberation, the national economy was backward and there were no mechanization or modern tools. People built it basket by basket on their backs. The current planning of Xiongan New Area means that a world-class modern and intelligent new city will rise on the land of my hometown. It means that on this ancient land, a bright oriental pearl will be born, shining and sparkling, blooming with the brilliance of the new era. The "Grain Storage Tomb" in childhood memories has gradually been forgotten by people in the long history of history and has become history.
This is my hometown, the place where I was born. It is a place that I will never forget for the rest of my life, a place that records the ups and downs of my life. Why do I often have tears in my eyes? It's because I love this land deeply…………
Purpose: To recall the passing years,
