According to my initial conception, this is a group portrait novel about cultivating immortals, and there will be many characters with different personalities. It's not something that's easy to handle.
After realizing the problem, I accepted a lot of opinions, which made me more clearly aware of the problems in my own writing, so I stopped to reshape the character relationships, plot points, etc.
As long as I am determined not to give up, I will probably wait until I am satisfied with the changes before posting again.
The original plan was to remain at about 600,000 words.
