In the early 1990s, the economy of coastal cities developed rapidly. Behind the scenes, three forces controlled everything. Some of them controlled overseas trade, while others controlled major construction projects. They restricted each other and often had conflicts and contradictions. The actual agent of the Butterfly Gang, the largest force organization, is a young man, codenamed "Priest".
After the young man punished a traitor during a trade trip, he received a secret mission from his boss, and an unknown dangerous person quietly landed. When a person tries his best to disguise himself, but meets someone who can pretend better than him, is friction and collision right or wrong?
