In June 1994, Chi Suixing, who was only seven years old, was on his way from his home to a school for workers' children when he saw a stranger standing in front of the abandoned house where he and his friends usually used as a playground. The companions behind him were pushing and shoving, the sparrows on the branches were calling in the morning, and as soon as Chi Suixing turned around, the stranger disappeared, leaving only the creaking sound of the old wooden door of the deserted house. The playground of the school is still a cement floor, and there is only one class for each grade. They are all children of workers in the factory. They have almost watched each other since childhood and grew up in the same alley. Chi Suixing looked at the bright sunshine outside the window, his thoughts drifting with the vicious sunshine in June in Sichuan and Chongqing. It's as if the world is new and everything is still budding.
