The male protagonist should be a somewhat depressed person but not a decadent person by the general definition. Because I am a rather awkward person, I basically write some daily stories from my perspective.
If I wanted to see a plot twist, I probably wouldn't be able to write it, because I might as well process some things in my life as truthfully as possible.
