Recording the process of 7 years of psychological counseling that helped me change my life
Introduction:
This article records the story of how I changed bit by bit from a state of low self-esteem, sensitivity, and poor interpersonal relationships, and finally achieved a comeback against the odds. Ever since I became aware, I have felt that something was wrong with my interpersonal relationships. I have always wanted to play with others since I was in school, but I always felt that others were trying to keep a distance from me or even dislike me. At that time, I would talk to my friends, but I found that my friends had never encountered this situation. They would comfort me and say: You just think too much and are too sensitive. In addition, my friends will also give me some tips on making friends. But the strange thing is that after I copied these "friendship tips" to make friends, my classmates would still alienate me after a while. I couldn't understand it. It was really embarrassing for a sensitive and fragile girl in adolescence. When it was serious, I felt panicked when I heard the word "interpersonal relationship". I read books, watch movies, search online, do internships, write diaries, ask friends for their evaluations of me, etc. It can be said that I have tried every way I can think of. I try to be generous and proactive in chatting with people, tolerant and understanding of others, and to help others with enthusiasm and kindness... Unfortunately, my current situation has not changed at all. At one time, I thought this was the script of my life, until I tried to get psychological counseling (I was deceived twice by bad institutions before finding a professional psychological counselor), and I understood that my symptoms were called borderline personality disorder, or BPD. During the 7 years of counseling, I never trusted the counselor, and became more and more confused, and the reality was even worse, and seemed to have changed a little, and finally quickly returned to a more "normal" life. I record my story and want to share it with people who are also on the road. If your colleagues and friends all hate you, you have low self-esteem and cannot find problems, and your interpersonal relationships are very bad, you can give it a try. I hope it can help you. If it is very serious, it is recommended that you seek professional psychological counseling (even if you find a formal one, it will cost a lot of money, so be sure to persist), and you will definitely be able to get out of it!
