The story unfolds in the 1990s. In the first half, a country squire is infertile. For the sake of face and the longevity of his marriage, he persuades his wife and a village teacher to borrow seeds to have a child. The village teacher has no choice but to do so because his family is unable to survive. The two went from being strangers to falling in love, and then became inseparable. After the wife of the teacher in the village found out, she died of depression, causing the two families to split into one and a half. The second half tells the story of the three daughters of the teacher's family and their respective fates as they grow up. The second daughter, in particular, was very angry and had bad luck. Finding out the reason, she blamed her father and stepmother, and then launched a devastating revenge.
Intention: To be a cold spectator of fate, there is no point in getting stuck in it, and the more you struggle, the deeper you sink.
