I didn't give up, but I found that what I wrote before was a piece of shit, the timeline didn't match, and it was too troublesome to change it. I'll just open a new one and wait until I finish writing the first five chapters.
The new one is called "Wei Mian Ting Yan", which actually just sorted out the order and changed some plot settings. Maybe the timeline is still a bit confusing but it shouldn't affect the overall situation (=°ω°)?
