Unit drama.
The story begins with Zhang Shiqi, a college student in the Department of Philosophy. The book revolves around the (fictional) thinking on science and philosophy of two contemporary saints, Ben Lesser and Thay Dehler, and explores the different loneliness and persistence of different people's psychology in modern society under the rapid development. It uses an inspirational mentality to fight against the invasion of nihilism, and uses philosophy to fight against the emptiness of no choice in all confusion.
The story involves social identities such as philosophers, entrepreneurs, artists, and psychologists, as well as personal mental images and roles that are bound to be faced in the identity, such as students, teachers, parents, bosses, subordinates... As well as you, me and others who persist on the way forward. Each unit features a different character as the protagonist, pulling out a story of an entire era.
