Fake daughter x presiding judge
Bai Nian knew that he was a fake daughter since he was a child.
It wasn't that she was carried by the wrong person or that she was replaced. She was adopted and was the real daughter's scapegoat.
But it didn't matter, she knew she was lucky enough.
Her luck had played a role in all of life's crossroads.
She was lucky to be saved when she was pushed into the water by a playmate as a child. When she was a child, she was lucky enough to escape the bullying of a small group in an aristocratic school, and she could always pick up review books with perfect answers. She fell ill in college, started a business, and rented an apartment. She was lucky enough to receive a huge sum of money to solve her urgent needs.
But her luck failed when she was falsely accused by her family of being involved in a financial crime dispute.
In desperation, a lawyer friend helped her introduce a young prosecutor general.
The man's uniform is straight and the collar is buttoned to the top. He is serious and rigid. Only a small rose in his front pocket slightly softens his inhumanity.
"Ms. Bai, do you want my help?" The prosecutor-general looked dignified, like the most unattainable god, offering alms to the downtrodden.
But he didn't want everything.
He smiled slightly, but there was no pity or sympathy in that smile, it was just an exchange of interests.
The prosecutor leaned close to her panicked face and breathed hotly: "We have agreed to marry. We each get what we need."
... Just another bad thing in a life of bad luck.
I'm used to bad luck and don't care. Bai Nian thought so.
Even if she is threatened, framed, or hunted, Bai Nian doesn't care, but she wants revenge.
Until her adoptive parents' company went bankrupt and the real daughter who wanted her to be her scapegoat went to jail.
Bai Nian dragged his luggage to say goodbye to the man.
She is leaving the city, her grudges are settled, and she wants to start over.
The usually calm and steady man had lost his grace. The air ticket and agreement were torn to pieces, and the confidential documents of the procuratorate were scattered on the floor. However, Bai Nian was carried onto the expensive dark mahogany desk.
Hard, cold, and as shuddering to the touch as his majestic uniform.
In the chaos, his kiss and breath were hot, and he murmured: "Niannian, look at me again."
It was not until later that Bai Nian realized that it had always been him.
He was the one who saved her life in the swimming pool, he was the one who protected her from being bullied while studying, and he was the one who carefully arranged for her to win the lottery, so that she would not have to suffer for money in a strange city.
He helped her redress her injustice, helped her sign the guarantee and supervision process, helped her find connections to start a business, and even helped her find her separated parents.
But he didn't ask for anything, he just wanted her to have her way.
