For HE, you must frantically add water and add private equipment. Otherwise, you won't even be able to think of how to HE. Black zero is really difficult to achieve. 100% Pure black is an exit ending of "a grand funeral with fireworks ending". The scene I personally want to watch is the story of "Rei Furuya" (female) and the police academy team.
It should be cb. It doesn't necessarily have a love line. If there is, it's most likely Jingrei (and Hiro from their respective worlds). As a second thought, I'll tag him without cp first.
