"Family Chess Rules"
In order to make my home a warm haven again, I killed myself and my father at a quarter past midnight on Saturday. I waited excitedly, like the sunlight that evaporated everything shone on everyone's face through the window again.
"Kawada's Grave"
Kawada often came to my house for dinner, but I hated the admiration my mother gave him. I secretly stuffed a note into Kawada's pencil case and asked him why he didn't die. A week later, Kawada's sister gave me his belongings. Kawada was hit and killed by a car with brake failure. I started having nightmares, in which Kawada was crying but looking at me with a smile. Until a note appeared in my pencil case, which said: "Why don't you die?"
