The southeast of Zhongzhou is blocked by mountains and difficult to cross, so it is called Yuezhou.
To the south of Zhongzhou, there are thousands of miles of fertile fields and winding waterways, which are like swimming dragons. This is called Wanzhou.
In the southwest of Zhongzhou, there is a forest of ghosts and monsters. It is always dark and thunderous, so it is called Leizhou.
To the west of Zhongzhou, there are few people and the floating clouds sweep over the land, so it is famous as Yunzhou.
In the northwest of Zhongzhou, where the weather is cold and the ground is freezing, and no life is alive, it is called Shangzhou.
