All participating graduates are requested to arrive at the large conference room on the top floor of Shaw Building at 3:00 pm on July __. When attending, please maintain venue discipline and follow the arrangements of volunteers.
Students participating in the performance should enter the venue before 2:30 and enter the backstage with their performance certificate. Participation passes will be issued uniformly by the affiliated societies or student unions.
