I have always thought that the portrayal of Tom Riddle was a bit one-dimensional. As a man with an arrogant personality, Tom Riddle seems to have been seeking approval from others, whether it is the rabbit in the orphanage, the polite person he pretended to be when he was in school, or the "pure blood theory" he advocated as a mixed-race later in life. If someone could tell him that even if you don't have magic, real character, or pure blood, there are still people who love you, and love doesn't require capital or cards, maybe the story will go differently.
Secondly, there are political opinions. In the end, the pure-blood theory is self-destructive. Whether Voldemort himself realizes this, he will be more focused on theoretical improvement and social shaping in the later period.
The heroine has a dark belly and will not be cured by love. She just pretends to be better and smarter, but it will be a two-way cure.
