Thousands of years ago, the Wuling Continent was ruled by a unified country, the Holy Empire. The rulers of this empire called themselves the Gods, and other races were servants of the Gods. However, as time passed, fighting within the Holy Empire escalated, leading to a protracted civil war. Other races gradually rose up in this war, began to resist the rule of the gods, and defeated the powerful Holy Empire.
