Peld was born for beauty, a fact that everyone in Atnas knew.
He is the pride of Duke Bervig and all the people of Atenas. He was born like a spring hymn composed by the Muses, perfect and pure.
Unfortunately, he is not the most perfect work of the Muse. He does not understand love and compassion. He regards everything as art, and what he sees is the ultimate beauty and romance in art, even though what Pold loves is extremely absurd and extravagant.
He devoted himself to finding the holy land in his heart: it was a land watered by the God of Beauty. Every flower and every white dove was so beautiful that it was close to heaven.
However, during his eighteen years of existence in the world, he did not seem to have discovered such a place - except for Atnas, who was annihilated overnight. Pold was indulged in the swaying waves in the red wine glass, and allowed the afterglow of the setting sun to dye his golden curls red for countless dusk.
After searching for beauty to no avail, he finally began to yearn for heaven. Is there a way for him to die in the ultimate romance to add the last brilliance to his soul created by the God of Beauty?
The answer seems to be, no.
He wanders the world like a zombie. To him, the world is a barren wasteland, a boring place that even white pigeons don't want to visit.
Until the invitation from Fairy Tale Town appeared in his hand, and the silhouette of the butterfly loomed in his pocket watch. The butterfly wings that had been silent for 4,800 days and nights began to flap, and he seemed to see Atenas sinking in the long river of time between the rotating hands.
He was born to create beauty, and he was born to be the hero of Atnas.
"I have seen a place that is as beautiful as a fairy tale."
Concept: There is never a lack of beauty in the world, but there is a lack of eyes to discover beauty.
