At the age of sixteen, he met Su Shi and became acquainted with him because of "Calling the Fish Pond", and they formed a good relationship from then on.
When she was a wife, she was dignified and steady, knowledgeable and courteous; sensitive and prudent, wise and modest. She has always been Su Shi's good wife.
Until she was twenty-seven years old, she left everything behind and passed away.
Ten years later, Su Shi wrote her eternal mourning poem "Jiang Chengzi·Dreams on the Night of the Twentieth Day of the First Month of Yi Mao".
