When I was in high school, I had a love affair with someone of the same sex. After my parents found out, they ended up beating the couple with a stick. He also tried to resist, but his parents used his grandmother as the only one who gave him warmth.
From then on, he restrained himself and lived a life wearing a mask.

He is socially anxious and a bit of a drama queen. Although he has no problem getting along with others, he is very resistant to interacting with others. His parents divorced when he was young, and he lived with his father, who was always away from home. After my father's second marriage, it was even more difficult to integrate into the family, and he had been boarding at school since junior high school.
Lacking family ties, he cherishes friendship very much and gets along well with his friends. It was just an emotion beyond friendship that made him lose everything. The irresistible kiss was met with disgusted looks. All previous friendly gestures have become evidence of evil intentions.
From then on, he stayed away from society and became accustomed to being alone.
I originally wanted to write a story about mutual redemption, which is what I have always longed for. However, fate is hard to find, and complementary souls are even rarer. Placing hope on this is obviously unreliable.
In fact, people who long for redemption have low self-esteem to some extent. Although their feelings for each other are stronger, they themselves are not strong. Once the relationship between the two breaks down, there is a high probability that they will fall into a deeper abyss.
Therefore, I want them to complete their own redemption first and then meet each other.
