The talented director Joel had no films to film after graduation, so he spent his days eating, drinking and sleeping in the basement of his old friend Loren's house, driving a truck and waiting to die.
After another failed attempt to find a producer, his friend's daughter-in-law Ollie couldn't bear it and packaged the two of them up and sold them to a film company. She also gave them a bad-tempered kid to take care of. The three formed a team of three determined to make something big happen!
Known as the top producer with the most discerning vision in the industry and Loren's internship nightmare, John smiled and squeezed his hands and said, "Welcome to join, you will definitely be able to display all your talents!"
Joel feels that a boss who can say such things is absolutely rotten!
Sure enough
The first movie cannot be edited to take the blame.
The second movie has no experience racking one's brains,
The third film did not invest in waste recycling;
In the fourth film, there is no technical improvisation;
All three of them exhausted their lifelong skills and finally made a name for themselves in the film industry. It's just that all new directors and actors have become allergic to "displaying their talents".
Many years later, John, an old man, used a new set of tricks to fool new directors. He was able to make good movies even if he had no money, experience or skills!

"You're just going to let the police take Loren away like this?" Zorn was anxious!
"It's okay. The police are not gangsters. They just lock him up and torture him at most. We have to trust our teammates. I firmly believe he can resist. Let's take the opportunity to finish the filming!" Joel waved his hand domineeringly.
"Can he withstand the torture?" Zorn shook his head.
"It doesn't matter if you can't bear it. I haven't even thought about where to shoot the next scene. He can't give any useful information when he confesses, so I have to resist if I can't bear it." Joel shrugged and set up the machine.
"Holy shit, that's how you make movies!!" Zorn was shocked!
"So young man, hurry up! Use your talents to your fullest!!"

Jon Orne vows: I swear that I will create films of value and emotion. I will remember that I am not only in the business of making movies but more importantly, the dream of making a movie. I will commit to participating in all the crazy, weird challenges, including lack of funds, actors fighting each other or the set being haunted, and put the safety of the actors and the expectations of the audience before my own interests.
