Bipolar is depression plus mania. It's complicated and strange, but the world is worth it! Looking back many years later, I will think wow! It turns out that I have lived for so many days.
Today is another beautiful day. I hope we can see the world clearly while remaining ourselves. May we look at the sea in the middle of the night, may we fall in love again, may we go to bed early and get up late, without any noise from the seven or eight alarm clocks.
