Wang Yangming's "Zhuan Xi Lu": "Sincerity is the essence of the heart, and seeking to restore its original position is the Kung Fu of sincerity." Translation: The word "Cheng" is interpreted by some as Kung Fu. Sincerity is the origin of the heart, and seeking to restore the standard of sincerity is actually the effort of seeking sincerity (that is, spending time and energy on seeking sincerity).
Intention: "The Avatamsaka Sutra": "The mind is like a skilled painter, able to paint all the world. The five aggregates are all clustered together, and there is nothing you can do but create."
