Lof's homonymous music game project is mainly a storage of arc/phi music material.
The City of Rhythm is a city located in another parallel space, where the aboriginal people (widely known as "qumi") each represent a music game song. Whenever a new song is released, a new tune will be produced. The released tracks are the lifeline of music. If the corresponding tracks are deleted from the entire network, they will also disappear. If the tracks still exist on the Internet, they can be resurrected indefinitely and stay young forever. In recent years, there has been an unstable connection between the City of Law and the Earth. Human beings from the Earth often enter the City of Law by mistake, and the City of Law has also been affected by this connection and has experienced some unexpected events (called "mutations"). After discovering that humans who mistakenly enter the City of Law are often the cause of mutations, and that humans who stray into the City of Laws will return to Earth after the mutations are resolved, in order to solve the mutations without wasting "human" resources, the residents of Qumi established a new guide team, with Halcyon as the captain, so that the humans who entered by mistake could resolve the mutations and return to Earth. After several changes, the newcomers led the team with good results, so they became a permanent profession, and the City of Laws also had safety guarantees.
