The spirit of the wishing tree in the palace met the unpopular prince Chu Yanyu when he was young. Chu Yanyu named him "Yisheng".
"May you always be happy, and know peace in life" and told him his name was Zhile. The two made an agreement to meet again, but only Yusheng was waiting for Zhile, but Zhile never came.
Many years later, the two met in a brothel. They wished to be born but did not recognize Zhile.
Zhile met Chu Yanyu again as Chu Yanyu. She wanted to keep this secret in her heart, but Yusheng found out about it, and the two had a quarrel.
In the end, Chu Yanyu burned the wishing tree with his own hands, leaving its stumps to plant again.
But the Spring God said, "Dead things cannot come back, and the same goes for the heart."
The God of Spring took away the remaining roots of the wishing tree. From then on, there was no wishing tree in the palace and no wishing tree in the world.
"Zhile, Zhile, are you my Zhile, or the king of Chuyu? I can't seem to tell the difference."
"Let me make one last wish. I hope we won't meet again, Chu Yanyu."
"Zhile! I'm here to find you."
