There is a story among the people that there is an underground killer organization in the city with a long history. Its establishment is supported by the government. It helps hunt down fugitives. Of course, there are also some rich people who offer huge rewards to their enemies, and there are also some people with deep hatred who spend all their money to reward their enemies. Because I occasionally help the government deal with some wealthy people that I can't stand, I just turn a blind eye to some things. This allowed the killer organization to continue. The government calls it - GOK.
