In a sultry summer of 2016, I graduated from a second-tier university. At that time, the construction industry began to slip from the golden age into the silver age, and we, as graduates of the civil engineering major of the second university, could already keenly smell the smell of unemployment at large and small campus job fairs.
In March, I got the only job opportunity from a real estate agency, and I accepted it without thinking for long. The seemingly glamorous reputation as a management trainee has attracted graduates from many prestigious universities in Beijing. This company is very small, established less than five years ago; and we are its second management trainees. The salary is not too low compared to classmates who graduated in the same year. The salary can be 4,000 yuan per month, and only five insurances and no provident fund. Some people choose not to cover any of the five insurances and get an extra two hundred yuan in cash every month.
Purpose: I want to say that I have no choice in selling my house.
