This is a love story about folk culture majors and architecture majors. The hero and heroine are majoring in architecture and folk culture respectively, as I envisioned, because I hope that like what is written in the story, our folk culture can give more inspiration and cultural nourishment to architectural design. Modern architecture has only gone through a process of a few hundred years, but our ancient buildings have a history of thousands of years. I believe that it is something in the DNA of our nation. Whenever I see those ancient buildings that are hundreds of years old, I feel a sense of emotion and awe, and I hope that the genes of ancient buildings can be integrated into our modern architectural designs. I am not a student majoring in architecture. I just hope that through my story, our ancient buildings can have more interpretations, more inheritance, and more possibilities, instead of being isolated old historical relics. So I compiled a story about the Yingxian wooden pagoda and gave it a story of love between the male and female protagonists. Perhaps unrealistic, but with a touch of my fondness for paranoia and solitary abandon. I hope that the building can be like the emotional story between the male and female protagonists, going around and around, dividing and reuniting, and finally can be better integrated with our folk culture, have our more distinctive architectural features, and better protect our traditional architectural monuments.
At the same time, I also incorporated some of my understanding of current life and some ideals. Maybe the story of the male and female protagonists is ideal and unrealistic, and the relationship between Xia Qing and Lu Chen may be more common in life. Each person's love story may not need to be touching, a great division and a great union, a long-lasting love, a mutual affection, mutual respect, mutual understanding, mutual understanding, and mutual support. Perhaps it is more applicable to us ordinary people. There are not so many great sorrows and great joys in life. It is enough to cherish all the beautiful moments in the journey of life.
