Cheng Jin, a freshman in high school, bumped into Dong Yu, a boy from across the street on the first day of school. Unexpectedly, she was his classmate. As they went through a series of things, the two became good friends who talked about everything, but in the process of getting along, their feelings changed subtly. The day before her senior year of high school graduation, Dong Yu was ready to express her feelings, but was unable to do so due to a misunderstanding. Later, the two went to a different university and met again five years later.
