Zhenqi Gu is a down-and-out painter who was buried by the times. Unexpectedly, ordinary people don't like his paintings, but a siren actually likes them.
Zhenqi Gu is a painter expelled by the Holy See, and Shang Mingyu is a siren feared by the Holy See. He is wandering in the infinite, and she is in the tower without light.
The eternal loneliness in the world is nothing but a brief encounter between two lonely people.
After leaving Zhenqi Valley, I often think of Shang Mingyu. The girl has a clean and ignorant smile and likes to read fairy tale books.
She said: "Your eyes are beautiful, the color of the sea."
She said: "You have the breath of the sea."
Zhenqi Gu asked her with a smile: "Has Mingyu ever seen the sea?"
Shang Mingyu was a little anxious: "No, but..." She turned the book she had always treasured to him, and the illustration on that page was the ocean.
Only then did he realize that Miss Siren in the tower just wanted to see the sea.
Years later, a group of scholars discovered the paintings in Zhenqi Valley and were excited. Not only because of the superb skills he displayed in his paintings, but also because of the brilliance of his paintings that broke through the dark era at that time.
The only figure painting he painted showed a girl in a white dress standing on the sea, smiling shyly and gently.
This is also the last painting he created without a title.
Until finally, a scholar studied the pattern on the girl's skirt and discovered that it was the traditional decoration of a siren family.
