Scene one
"He Yue, do you like Ji Yang?" The deskmate asked He Yue strangely.
"No, I don't like it." After He Yue squeezed out these words, she tried to keep her face calm.
"Brother Yang, did you hear that He Yue doesn't like you? Hahahaha~" Gao Langyu put his arm on Ji Yang's shoulder and winked at him.
"Yeah."
When He Yue heard Ji Yang's voice, her body suddenly tensed up. She didn't know what she was expecting.
"Let's go and play ball." The casual words made He Yue's nose sore. She understood that Ji Yang didn't care about her likes.
Ji Yang and the others had already walked away, while He Yue stayed in place.
"He Yue, you like Ji Yang." The classmate said to He Yue in a very affirmative tone.
He Yue was silent and didn't say a word.
Scene 2
He Yue saw a familiar figure appearing in front of him and couldn't help but follow him. He lost sight of it and turned around to walk back.
"Look for me." Ji Yang suddenly appeared with the cat in his arms, his tone surprisingly certain. He glanced at He Yue, then lowered his head and touched the kitten.
"No, I'm looking for my cat," He Yue replied in a low voice.
Ji Yang chuckled, not bothering to expose her lie, but he said with a wicked smile: "The cat is mine."
He Yue's eyes widened and she couldn't believe it: "But I..."
"It's called Yangyang. My mother treats her like her own son. She has lost her in the past few days and my mother has been crying at home. Thank you, He——Yue." Ji Yang stared at He Yue closely and read He Yue's name slowly and deliberately.
He approached He Yue, looked at He Yue's red face, and asked closely:
"So, do you like me or not?"
