"Returning to Danzhou in the Song Dynasty to Be Su Shi's Wife" is based on the folk customs of Danzhou, Hainan. Through the fantasy techniques of time travel, possessing the human body, practicing magic, carrying protective beasts, and using magic to subdue monsters, it tells the story of the 18-year-old Princess Xinxin from the fairy world who traveled to Danzhou, Hainan during the Song Dynasty, and became the third wife of Su Shi, who was demoted.
