In the autumn of 1940, Chinese Communist Party member "Celadon" risked exposure and joined the Shanghai Special High School Course and was appointed as the chief of the Intelligence Section of the Special Warfare Headquarters. In the same year, Japanese spy Chie Harada escorted a large number of Japanese medical staff to Shanghai. Under the influence of the Mei Agency, she supervised the Special Warfare Headquarters as a member of the Supervision Department.
The war is about to break out, and high-level military bases in Japan prepare for the "Return to Zero Plan" to completely wipe out the remaining anti-Japanese forces before the war. A mysterious figure "Nightingale" appeared out of thin air and waited for opportunities. Relying on his strong belief in the organization and his own abilities, he and "Celadon" relied on mutual trust and cooperation to deal a heavy blow to the Shanghai spy agency in a series of anti-Japanese activities.
