I first conceived of The Vampire Diaries last month, mainly influenced by "Lincoln the Vampire Hunter". I happen to be very interested in the subject of vampires, and of course, in the setting and plot, so I created this novel in the style of a diary. The manuscript has now been written about 10,000 words, and I believe I will speed up the update during this summer vacation.
