All miracles happen in summer.
I fell in love during my first summer vacation after losing my job.
There is something strangely cute about the smoky pink electric car and the 1.85-Meter tall man sitting in front of it. It is the car that my wife uses to buy groceries, and of course it is very small.
"Sit forward, be careful of falling," he reminded.
The wind at the end of May was hot and dry, the rice was already ripe, the car was driving a bit slowly, and the camphor trees beside the road were like a green tunnel.
The car bumped a bit and passed a speed bump. I leaned forward subconsciously. He seemed to have a reaction: "Move forward, be careful of falling."
Be careful of falling, he repeated.
I silently prayed that this green tunnel would not have an end.
