Flowe has a magical notebook to record her school year. She can magically obtain some potion materials, galleons, spells, etc. From the notebook.
She seems to be able to summon certain magical animals, so she owns a space expansion box of the same type as Mr. Newt Scamander.
Including some fragments that she often saw in her dreams or flashed by inadvertently, they all made her feel familiar.
After she experienced some more familiar things at Hogwarts, in her third grade, after getting the Divination Ball, she began to observe her Potions Master on a daily basis.
